On May 29th, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) released their latest semiannual report, as well as news relating to enforcement actions. This report covers October 1st, 2011 to March 31st, 2012 and is meant to inform Congress and the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) of the most significant recommendations, findings, and activities that have occurred in that six-month period.
