Be a part of the Evergreen Rehab team in Jasper, TX - FULL TIME. Join our rehab program at a 114-bed skilled nursing facility that offers a well maintained rehab area. There is a low turnover with the entire staff, and nursing is very cooperative and supportive. There is a high ratio of rehab-to-home patients in this program. *This position requires graduation from an accredited PTA program (accredited by the APTA) or a certificate from the Army. You must be licensed as a PTA in Texas to be eligible.
